৩. পরিষেবার ব্যবহার
- কাজের উদ্দেশ্য: ক্লিকসান শুধুমাত্র বৈধ ব্যবসায়িক উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার করা যেতে পারে।
- বিধিনিষেধ: প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার করার সময় আপনি কোনও অবৈধ, ক্ষতিকারক বা লঙ্ঘনকারী কার্যকলাপে জড়িত হবেন না।
- অবৈধ কার্যকলাপ: কোনও অবৈধ পণ্য বা অবৈধ কার্যকলাপের জন্য আপনি সম্পূর্ণরূপে দায়ী থাকবেন, কোনওভাবেই দায়ী থাকবে না।
- সকল দায়: আপনার স্টোরের সমস্ত কার্যকলাপ এবং বিষয়বস্তু যেমন ছবি, ছবি, ভিডিও, গ্রাফিক্স, লিখিত সামগ্রী, অডিও ফাইল, তথ্য, বা ডেটা আপলোড, সংগ্রহ, তৈরি, সংরক্ষণ, প্রদর্শিত, বিতরণ, প্রেরণ, বা প্রদর্শিত করার জন্য আপনি সম্পূর্ণরূপে দায়ী থাকবেন।
৪. মূল্য এবং পেমেন্ট
- মূল্য নির্ধারণ: প্ল্যাটফর্মটি ব্যবহারের জন্য নির্দিষ্ট ফি প্রযোজ্য।
- কাস্টমাইজেশন: প্রস্তাবিত ওয়েবসাইটে আপনি কোনও ধরণের কাস্টমাইজেশন পাবেন না। কাস্টমাইজেশন করার জন্য, আপনাকে কাস্টমাইজেশনের ধরণের উপর ভিত্তি করে অর্থ প্রদান করতে হবে।
